Wells Legal Homes is an estate agency “Making the Difference”.

Owned by Yuping and Andrew Wells, a husband and wife team, we are a business with family values at its heart.

We seek to bridge the gap in the market by offering a fixed fee service that is professional and cost effective.

Having first qualified as solicitors in the 1990s, Andrew and Yuping operate Wells Legal Homes as a department within Wells Legal Solicitors.

We are however members of the National Association of Estate Agents, the UK’s leading professional body for estate agents. As a member we are bound by strict rules of conduct to ensure we offer you the highest level of integrity and service, whilst the Association’s entry qualification means you can be sure you are dealing with an expert.

As members of The Property Ombudsman scheme, in the unlikely event you are unhappy with our service, we provide recourse to an independent body which will provide a free, fair and speedy review of complaints.

Our conveyancing team is on hand to deal with the legalities too, offering you a more complete professional service, seamlessly meeting all your property needs under "one roof". This will hopefully take some of the invariable stress out of house moving.
